Bump version to 0.1.6.31

- WaveformEditor verwendet /api/audio/... statt /uploads/...
- Gleicher Pfad wie beim Abspielen aus der Liste
- Behebt Problem, dass neu hochgeladene Dateien nicht im Waveform-Editor bearbeitbar waren
