elpatron 3a7d244433 fix(logs): Kompass-Dial-Locales und UI-Labels vervollständigen
Ergänzt fehlende i18n-Keys (Himmelsrichtungen, Platzhalter, Schrittweite) und zeigt Validierungsfehler im Kurs-Dial.
