feat(feedback): Feedback-Formular mit Ntfy-Versand

Nutzer können Feedback aus dem Header senden; der Server leitet Nachrichten über Ntfy weiter (NTFY_* in .env). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
