fix: Sync-Icon nur während aktiver Synchronisation animieren

Die Drehung hing an der Queue-Länge statt am laufenden Sync. Veraltete
Queue-Einträge werden nach Pull bereinigt; parallele syncAll-Läufe
werden im Sync-State korrekt gezählt.
