feat: Web Push für Logbuch-Eigner bei Crew-Sync

Benachrichtigt Owner optional per VAPID/Web Push, wenn Collaborators
Änderungen synchronisieren — ohne Klartext-Inhalte, mit Opt-in in den
Einstellungen, Custom Service Worker und Deep-Link zum Logbuch.
