fix: AGB.pdf Download funktioniert jetzt

- Route für /AGB.pdf hinzugefügt (serveStatic)
- AGB.pdf wird aus dem public-Verzeichnis bereitgestellt
- Behebt Problem, dass Link zur Startseite führte
